In no event shall TexAu or its suppliers be liable for any consequential loss suffered or incurred by you or any third party arising from the use or inability to use this website or the materials on this website, even if TexAu or an authorized representative has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage.
In the context of this agreement, “consequential loss” includes any consequential loss, indirect loss, real or anticipated loss of profit, loss of benefit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of savings, loss of reputation, loss of use and/or loss or corruption of data, whether under the statute, contract, equity, tort (including negligence), indemnity, or otherwise.

Subscriptions
The product TexAu is billed on a monthly or yearly basis. TexAu provides a 14-day free trial when a user creates an account for the first time. If you add a second user or a new workspace to an existing subscription the charges for this account will begin on the date the account is activated. TexAu subscriptions are monthly or yearly and the payment is collected at the time of subscription creation and after the first month of the same day every following month. After being renewed, and the subscription will continue under the same conditions as the previous month.
The payment method provided to TexAu needs to be valid, otherwise, the subscription will be terminated. Customers should provide accurate and complete billing information. Once provided with the billing information, TexAu is authorized to and will automatically collect the fee for the subscription every month or every year. The date of fee collection cannot be changed.
The subscription will last until it’s terminated by the customer or TexAu. It can be terminated at every given moment and can be renewed immediately after.
Subscription Changes
TexAu has full rights to change the subscription fee at any time. The users will be informed in advance and will always have an option to continue using the product with the new subscription changes or terminate and delete the account.
Refunds
Customers have an option to cancel the subscription during the trial or any time during the monthly or yearly subscription period. TexAu does not provide refunds of any subscription fees unless required by law. You will have access to the product till the end of the current subscription period.
Cookies
TexAu uses cookies to authorize and connect to a user’s accounts on social media platforms or websites. Only personal and client accounts can be connected with TexAu. The user must not share their password with third parties. If they do so, the user is responsible for any further damage or loss. In case of breach of security or unauthorized use of the customer’s account, the user must immediately inform the TexAu team.
The users agree not to hack other accounts or damage TexAu’s property and TexAu as a product.
Use of Automation
TexAu is not authorized to use any social media platforms or websites. TexAu does not take responsibility for the practices and policies of any social media platforms or websites. We provide our services as is and have no affiliation with any platforms we automate for our users. TexAu takes no responsibility for the personal account of the user or what purposes the product is used for. TexAu as a product, company and all the employees, contractors and partners are not responsible or liable, in case of a banning of the user’s account due to the activities executed by the user.
Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on our website are not comprehensive and are for general information purposes only. TexAu does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on this website, or otherwise relating to such materials or on any resources linked to this website.

The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement, approval, or control by TexAu of the site. Right to Terminate

The use of TexAu is solely a risk taken by the user. TexAu takes extreme measures to keep the user's account secure and safe. However, TexAu does not take responsibility for the product being interrupted or unavailable at times. TexAu will inform its users in case of maintenance of the website and/or the product unless it is an emergency.
Severance
Any term of these Terms of Service which is wholly or partially void or unenforceable is severed to the extent that it is void or unenforceable. The validity of the remainder of these Terms of Service is not affected.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
